One of the Largest Complexes in Central

Three Garden Road is a modern glass and steel office complex that comprises Champion Tower, a 47-storey building, and ICBC Tower, a 37-storey building, as well as a retail podium. It has the flexibility to join 26 floors of both towers to provide an enlarged floor plate of up to 34,000 sq. ft. This is the largest available floor plate in Central.

Positioned within the financial hub of Hong Kong, Three Garden Road is serviced by several transportation networks including tram lines, public bus routes and the Mass Transit Railway via Central Station.

Triple Platinum Building Recognitions

LEED v4.1 Platinum Certification

Three Garden Road attained LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance Platinum rating in February 2024, with the city’s highest score of this version. As the internationally recognised green building certification scheme, receiving the honour proves the building’s significant achievements in launching ongoing green initiatives. This recognition, along with the distinction of being Hong Kong’s first WELL Platinum certification received in 2020 and the BEAM Plus Platinum certification received in 2022, establishes Three Garden Road as Hong Kong’s first “Triple Platinum” grade-A office building under the existing building certification category.
 

First Existing Building in Hong Kong Achieving WELL Building Platinum Standard

Three Garden Road achieved the WELL Building Standard Certification of Platinum rating. WELL is a global standard created to advance the wellness of buildings. It covers air, water, light, nourishment, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind and community. The recognition highlighted our holistic approach to foster a favourable and healthy environment for our tenants and employees who work in our premises.
 

BEAM Plus Platinum – Highest Rating

Three Garden Road bestowed the highest rating – Final Platinum under BEAM Plus EB V2.0 Comprehensive Scheme with the highest score In Hong Kong, with full marks in five categories including innovations and energy use. The Scheme is a prestigious green building certification in Hong Kong, which adopts a holistic approach to assess the long-term environmental performance of the building, covering aspects of management, energy use, indoor environmental quality, material and waste aspect, site aspects, and water use.
