Langham Place concluded its 20th anniversary celebrations, which embodied its enduring vision of "Stay Local, Trend Global", with an "AURORA GALA: Curator's Night" Christmas lighting ceremony. The meaningful occasion brought together nearly 200 distinguished guests to witness this milestone. Hong Kong music artist Kay Tse, whose connection with Langham Place dates back to her debut performance 20 years ago, graced the event as the officiating guest. The mall also unveiled its "Merry PotatoMAS" art installation, a collaboration with UK design brand Noodoll, offering a chic and cheerful seasonal ambiance.

Three Garden Road embraced the spirit of giving through its annual "Christmas Sharelebration!" initiative, demonstrating Champion REIT's commitment to fostering community care and social impact. The celebration featured over 20 social enterprise pop-up booths promoting ethical festive consumption, alongside inclusive art workshops and an art gallery featuring works by SEN young artists and students from ethnic minorities. The event also included a green tour for primary students to understand sustainable features of Three Garden Road. It reflected our dedication to creating an inclusive, sustainable community where business success drives positive social change.​

Therapy Dog Yoga Day:
When Pawsitivity Meets Purpose

Our Mindful Volunteer Day brought together nearly 40 corporate volunteers and 17 primary students, including those for a heartwarming therapy dog experience at Eaton Club. In collaboration with Time Auction's Inter-Company Volunteer Week and Rise Wise Foundation, participants engaged in mindfulness activities including dog yoga and interactive sessions with six certified therapy dogs. The event exemplified our commitment to creating spaces where wellness, inclusion, and community naturally converge, making it a truly meaningful initiative for all involved.

Our Town Hall event transformed into an energetic bowling extravaganza at Kai Tak's new bowling centre, perfectly embodying our "Work Hard, Play Hard" spirit.
