Following the resounding success of our ESG forums in the past years, which united more than 50,000 tenants, industry pioneers, and community partners, we proudly unveiled the Champion REIT ESG Gala running from 29 July and 1 August. Revolving around the theme "Innovate · Inspire · Integrate" this four-day gala marks our strategic leap from asset management to becoming a Super Connector and Super Value-adder for stakeholders.
This event was more than a celebration — it was a catalyst for impact, fostering sustainability, holistic well-being, and social inclusion.
Provocative Dialogues: Engaging panel discussions on green transformation and youth empowerment, and a motivational keynote by three-time Olympic swimmer Camille Cheng on mental resilience
EcoChampion Pledge: This tenant-driven initiative, in partnership with the Business Environment Council, has achieved measurable success in energy efficiency, recycling, and green procurement. Tenants participating at Level 3 have realised over a 6% reduction in energy use intensity over six months compared to the previous year
6D Wellness: Langham Place Office Tower's "6 Dimensions Wellness" concept was launched alongside the new vibrant Social Wellness Hall at Eaton Club. The celebration featured the artist Louis Cheung (張繼聰) who shared wellness tips. Kelvin Yuen (袁斯樂) who showcased his masterclass in landscape photography and student photo competition
Inclusive Art Exhibition: A vibrant showcase by Alvin Li (李子舜), a talented young artist with autism, celebrating the power of inclusive artistry at Three Garden Road
Sports Day: A dynamic Sports Day in collaboration with PURE Fitness, promoting healthy and active lifestyles in the workplace
Movie Day: The Gala concluded with a joyful movie screening for student beneficiaries of government-led "Strive and Rise Programme" followed by an inspiring sharing from the Tsui's Brothers, a local animation studio, who motivated students to pursue their aspirations
